Ivan Nedelkovski validated the idea by doing the work by hand on Upwork first, then built the first agent over a weekend. Lancer finds jobs, filters out the ones not worth the effort, and drafts the proposal. It reached freelancers and agencies through him directly, with nothing spent on acquisition.
